The Dream

We're fixin' to build a family operated farm in the beautiful Hill Country of Texas; where we can provide the local community with fresh, organic produce while improving the natural soil and environment. It is important to us to build a farm that works within and improves our ecosystem. The Hill Country is beautiful and we want to do our part to keep it that way.

Our Story

As a chef in the Hill Country for the past 8 years, I came to appreciate the importance of providing clients with local produce and the role these ingredients have on making the best tasting and nutritious dishes. Tie that with my love for nature and the dream of owning my own piece of Texas country began. My wife and I are now working on making that dream a reality by joining forces with family on 13 acers in Marble Falls. Our goal at Tall Texas Farms will be to grow seasonal varieties of fruits and vegetables, along with culinary herbs, micro greens and Texas wild flowers. Chickens are already present and local honey bees are on the list as well! 

We are currently growing microgreens and tomatoes in our home and backyard garden in Horseshoe Bay, while we build our permanent foundation in Marble Falls.
